Client Records & TreatmentIt is extremely important for injury victims to maintain good records, or to have someone maintain good records for them in situations where the persons are unable to do so themselves. These records can cover many topics from how the accident occurred, to the medical treatment received to the impact the injuries have on the person’s day to day life. During the time immediately after the accident there are normally many entries, with less entries being made as time passes and the injuries stabilize.
